Our staff is available Monday through Friday to meet with students and families in-person or online by appointment. Please schedule meetings one business day in advance to ensure our representative is available and prepared for the meeting.

  • If you are a student with a Jacks email account, please use to schedule either an in-person or Zoom meeting.
  • If you are a parent inquiring about your student's information, please note your student must first complete the Financial Aid Privacy Release form.
