Selections for the third class of Future Innovators of America Fellowships have been announced by the Jerome J. Lohr College of Engineering.

Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵers in Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ's Animal Disease Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ and Diagnostic Laboratory were the first to identify a new strain of avian metapneumovirus — a highly contagious disease that is currently causing significant problems for the U.S. poultry industry — and are now working toward developing a safe and effective vaccine.

The Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ Quarter Scale Tractor Team earned national recognition by winning the 2022 American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers International 1/4 Scale Tractor Student Design Competition.
