Northeast South Dakota has a cooler climate than other parts of the state, so farming may look a little different than other regions. Mandy Marney has been hired as director of SDSU Extension and associate dean of the Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ College of Agriculture, Food and Environmental Sciences. She started her new role on June 22.
