Biography
T. Michael Farley grew up near Milo, Iowa, and received both his B.S. and Pharm.D. degrees from the University of Iowa. He completed a PGY1 general hospital residency at St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead, Kentucky, and a PGY2 internal medicine residency at the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky.
Farley currently practices at Avera McKennan Hospital and University Health Center with a focus on innovation and transition of care. His practice interests include diabetes, anticoagulation, arrhythmia, continuity of care, and gastrointestinal and infectious diseases.
