Event Planning Contact Sheet
This guide is designed to assist you while you're planning an event at SDSU.
First, reserve your location and meet with the facility manager. To do that, reach out to the appropriate events contact for the location of your event:
University Student Union/Academic Locations
Contact us to book events, even events held after 5 p.m. or on weekends and holidays. We also book events for all outdoor spaces that are nonathletic. Our hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
