Math Help Center
The Math Help Center provides free walk-in tutoring for students at Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ taking MATH 101, 103, 114, 115, 120, 121, 123 and 125, as well as STAT 281 (when qualified tutors are available).
The Math Help Center is located in the Chicoine Architecture, Mathematics and Engineering Hall in room 292.
We provide both appointments and walk-in tutoring. Appointments are made via .
Fall 2026 Hours
- Monday-Thursday: noon to 6 p.m.
- Friday: noon to 4 p.m.
Making an Appointment via ConnectState
- In ConnectState, click the blue Schedule an Appointment button in the upper right.
- Select Tutor from the first dropdown and find Math Help Center Tutoring. Select your math course.
- Pick a date and click on Find Available Time.
- Under Staff, select your tutor's name or leave it blank.
- Click on your selected tutoring time.
- Use the comment box to let your tutor know more about your reason for meeting. If you are off-campus and wish to have a Zoom meeting, please note this.
- Select whether you want to have a text or email reminder.
- Click Schedule. You should see a confirmation page.
Math 114

You will work in groups with a peer mentor, who will help you with homework questions, give you study tips and help you create a strategy for success in your class.

Math 101
Math 101 Supplemental Lab
Earn bonus for tests. Get help with homework.
Supplemental Labs are on Thursdays* at 4 p.m. in Chicoine Architecture, Mathematics and Engineering 214.
You can earn up to 6% bonus per test by participating in Supplemental Labs.
You will earn 1% for attending the supplemental lab and an additional 1% if you show that you’ve earned 100% on the week’s module homework.
You will review problems similar to those on the quizzes and tests. Bring your notes, student ID and calculator.
*The last two supplemental labs will be on Tuesdays.
Math 114
Thursday Math 114 Supplemental Labs
Earn bonus for tests. Get help with problems.
You can earn up to 6% bonus per test by participating in Supplemental Labs. In these labs, you will complete problems similar to those on the quizzes and tests. Bring your notes, student ID and calculator.
Supplemental Labs are on Thursdays. The times and locations are:

- 3–3:50 p.m. in Bailey Rotunda Hall G

Math 115
Does Precalculus seem overwhelming?
Try Math 115 Precalculus Supplemental Labs on Wednesdays.
You will work in groups with your session leader using activities created by the Math 115 instructors. These activities are directly related to what you are doing in Math 115 and will help you understand concepts, practice ideas and prepare for the next topics you’ll learn in precalculus.

Math 121
Math 121 Supplemental Labs for Fall 2026
Participate in the Math 121 Supplemental Labs to get extra practice and help with the topics in Math 121 and earn some extra credit in the process!

Participation in a Supplemental Labs (SL) will earn you 2% bonus on the following test for a maximum of 6% bonus on each test. (If you participate in more than three SL’s before a test, the extra 2% bonus earned will be applied to your Final Exam score.)
